The Problem

The manager was taking reservations on WhatsApp, writing stock levels in a notebook, tracking staff hours in Excel and reading sales from a POS that couldn't produce a useful end-of-day summary. Every evening meant cross-referencing three different sources to understand if the day was profitable.

The tool was built to centralise everything. Reservations come in via a simple form, stock is updated at delivery and flagged when low, staff clock in and out through the dashboard, and sales are entered at close — generating a daily P&L summary automatically. The owner opens one screen and sees the full picture.
